Interpol Lyrics

interpol is an indie rock band based in New York, United States, which have an important part in rock sounds of 2000 years. The group consists of Paul banks (vocals and guitar), Sam Fogarino (drums) and Daniel Kessler (guitar and choirs).

Interpol sound characterized by bass beat and choppy, sparse guitar. They have been compared to Joy Division, ECHO & The Bunnymen and the chameleons of their sound is also dramatically grim and blunt, abstract words.

The Band was formed in 1998, when Daniel Kessler met drummer Greg Drudy, now a member of the post hardcore/screamo band-Hot Cross, on the campus of the University of New York. Kessler later added Carlos d. on bass after meeting him in history class. The line-up was complete after Kessler ran into Paul banks, a friend whom he had met in Paris. In 2000, Sam Fogarino, who through his work in the band know record stores locally, replaced Drudy. Carlos Dengler, who is responsible for the bass and keyboard, left the band in 2010. Interpol haven't definitely replace it but different name announced to help them perform live.
