Originally grew from the small city of Rocky Mount, va, Adam, Ashley, and Austin literally on the road to play music. His father was an itinerant preacher in the Evangelist, and the family traveled when his father was. As each child was old enough to play an instrument taught any instrument was necessary for the family band. Not to teach them to read music notes and diagrams ? instead taught each child to play by ear.
